Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems for end-users in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory, including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications (Windows, Mac, Linux).
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the IT service desk system.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be available to start work immediately.
