Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment operation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Assist skilled tradesmen with project-specific duties as directed
- Operate basic machinery (forklifts, power tools) after proper certification
- Load/unload materials and transport supplies to designated areas
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking accurately
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- OSHA 10-hour certification (will provide if not held)
