Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Operate basic machinery and tools safely
- Complete daily task logs and quality checks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Previous warehouse/construction experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for inventory and measurements
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
