Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare merchandise for shipment using appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Package and label items accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Operate scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
