Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and prioritize IT service tickets within the Help Desk system to ensure SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Raleigh, NC, and Virginia to implement new technology solutions.
- Conduct routine system updates, security patches, and hardware maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures for knowledge base retention.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software across the organization.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strict deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to client sites in the Raleigh-Durham area and Virginia as needed.
