Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely drive forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and organize inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts and manage inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- License: Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not mandatory for all roles).
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to communicate effectively in English.
