Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including scheduling and tracking shipments.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring a 100% satisfaction rate.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and training junior staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
