Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across multidisciplinary teams
- Manage electronic health records with 99.9% accuracy
- Facilitate seamless transitions between care settings
- Lead quality improvement initiatives for patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Mentor new staff members on care protocols
- Analyze patient feedback to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 2+ years of clinical coordination experience
- Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMA) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced emergency department settings
- Strong analytical skills for process optimization
- Valid Florida healthcare professional license
