Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in resort common areas
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance duties
- Assist with event setup and breakdown operations
- Operate resort equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with diverse international team members
- Report maintenance issues promptly to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B Visa sponsorship
- Basic English communication skills required
- Ability to work on feet 8+ hours daily
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Valid passport and clean background check
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly
- Team player with positive attitude
