Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize application performance and security.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and developers to deliver features on time.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and API specifications.
- Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or a similar modern language.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
