Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycles from conception to deployment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Louisville and Illinois offices
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder alignment
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across organizational departments
- Monitor KPIs and report progress to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive IT project management experience
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success managing complex enterprise-scale projects
