Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and identify any damage.
- Package and label goods securely for distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but we train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
