Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining 99.99% system uptime
- Conduct security assessments and implement compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices in cloud architecture
- Develop monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog
- Document infrastructure and create runbooks for disaster recovery
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cloud infrastructure with AWS/GCP specialization
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Strong Python/Go scripting for automation
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Proven track record in cost optimization strategies
- CI/CD pipeline implementation in enterprise environments
- AWS/Azure/GCP certifications (preferred)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in urgent hiring scenarios
