Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 production staff across 3 assembly lines
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste by 20%
- Coordinate with quality control team to maintain ISO 9001 standards
- Manage shift schedules and overtime allocations
- Train new hires on assembly protocols and safety procedures
- Conduct daily performance reviews and corrective action plans
- Collaborate with maintenance team for equipment optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years in automotive manufacturing supervision
- IOSH or equivalent safety certification
- Proficient in SAP/MRP systems
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts (days/nights)
- Valid UK driving license
