Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of the production floor and equipment.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Assist in the assembly and packaging of goods according to established quality standards.
- Operate basic machinery safely and efficiently, following all operational manuals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must currently hold or be eligible for an EB3 Visa (unskilled labor classification).
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Language: Basic English comprehension skills (reading and speaking) are required.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Relocation: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Mesa, Arizona.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior trade experience is necessary.
