Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment, including fiber optics and copper cabling.
- Perform site surveys and prepare detailed installation reports.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage inventory of provided equipment and tools on-site.
- Provide excellent customer service during onsite installations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (No college degree required).
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and network concepts.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
