Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop for internal employees and external clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and perform hardware upgrades as needed.
- Collaborate with the IT management team to identify trends and improve support processes.
- Mentor junior support staff and assist in onboarding new hires.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience (2+ years).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple ticket queues effectively.
- High school diploma or GED required; certification (CompTIA A+) is a plus.
