Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and assist clients with system configurations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support tickets and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and report product bugs or feature requests.
- Educate clients on best practices for software usage to prevent future issues.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics regarding ticket resolution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues quickly and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer networking concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
