Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printer malfunctions, connectivity problems, and OS errors.
- Log, track, and manage all support tickets and service requests in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineering teams with detailed documentation.
- Conduct regular system checks and perform basic maintenance on office equipment.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates for end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and technical processes.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a help desk, technical support, or customer service role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
