Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and track complex tickets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product suite and technical documentation.

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking.
