Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing high-quality technical candidates.
- SEO Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve job board visibility for our open positions.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling job descriptions and SEO-optimized content that highlights our company culture and attracts niche talent.
- ATS Management: Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse/Lever) to ensure seamless candidate experiences and accurate data tracking.
- Social Engagement: Actively engage on LinkedIn and other professional networks to build a talent pipeline and brand awareness.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust recruitment strategies effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting and a strong understanding of SEO principles.
- Tools: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Austin, Texas.
