Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions including Software Engineering, DevOps, and IT Support.
- Source and screen candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate data accuracy.
- Drive the interview process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
