Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive job seekers in the Columbus area.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition to offer letter.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- A high level of energy, motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work flexible hours when necessary.
