Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical positions.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) efficiently, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Conduct compelling phone screens and coordinate in-person interviews.
- Track key recruiting metrics and provide weekly performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Jobvite.
- Strong understanding of software development roles (Software Engineer, QA, DevOps, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Albuquerque metro area.
