Responsibilities
- Define the high-level technical vision and architecture for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of software engineers and data scientists.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Drive technical decision-making, ensuring code quality, scalability, and security best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural bottlenecks before they impact delivery timelines.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
