Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end logistics for moving corporate IT hardware, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Manage inventory lists, track asset tags, and ensure 100% accuracy during packing and unpacking phases.
- Communicate daily with clients to confirm move schedules and address specific IT requirements.
- Inspect equipment for damage pre- and post-move, and initiate claims processes as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company relocation standards.
- Train junior staff on proper handling of sensitive electronics and hardware.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, corporate moving, or IT asset management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data center hardware and office IT infrastructure.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous relocations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
