Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-forward sustainability roadmaps with measurable carbon reduction targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing circular economy models for product lifecycles
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate-tech startups and research institutions
- Drive ESG reporting initiatives exceeding GRI and SASB standards
- Manage $50M innovation fund allocation for sustainable technology pilots
- Champion employee sustainability engagement programs across 15 global offices
- Present impact metrics to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainability management with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling circular economy initiatives (portfolio required)
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science/Sustainability or MBA with sustainability focus
- Proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Enablon, or equivalent)
- Experience securing green financing and impact investment
- Professional certifications (LEED AP, GRI, or CDP) strongly preferred
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for impact reporting
