Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with global climate goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement carbon-neutral strategies across operations
- Analyze ESG data to identify actionable insights and KPI optimization opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with NGOs and policymakers for policy advocacy
- Drive innovation in circular economy models and renewable energy adoption
- Present sustainability frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior sustainability analysts and manage vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability strategy with measurable impact metrics
- Proven expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SASB)
- Advanced proficiency in ESG reporting tools (e.g., Workiva, Persefoni)
- Experience developing 10-year sustainability roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization expertise (Tableau/Power BI)
- Professional certifications (e.g., GRI, LEED AP, SAI) preferred
