- Manage $2M+ sustainability budget and vendor partnerships
- Drive employee engagement through green innovation programs
- Partner with R&D to commercialize sustainable technologies
- Present progress to investors and board quarterly
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability management with Fortune 500 experience
- MBA/MS in Environmental Science or related field required
- Proven track record of reducing carbon footprint by 30%+
- Expertise in ESG frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Certification in LEED/Sustainability Analytics (e.g., CSE, GRI)
- Advanced data analytics skills (Tableau, Power BI)
