Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of software engineers, architects, and data scientists.
- Oversee the architecture and development of scalable, high-performance software solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to integrate into our product roadmap.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Drive the agile development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technical projects or product launches.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business goals into technical execution plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
