What You Will Do:

Identify market trends and technological disruptions that could impact our trajectory.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of leading technical strategy and innovation in a high-growth environment.
Expertise in cloud architecture, machine learning, and scalable system design.
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Experience managing cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers.
Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 Vision initiative.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of next-gen AI and predictive analytics tools.
- Oversee the R&D budget and resource allocation for innovation projects.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies within existing product lines.
- Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Assess external technology partnerships and acquisition targets.
- Report directly to the CTO on innovation metrics and strategic milestones.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep understanding of the technology landscape projected for 2026.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and edge computing.
