Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML solutions to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in future-tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, decentralized systems)
- Experience managing distributed R&D teams across global markets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy or future-tech journals
