- Produce actionable trend reports and strategic briefs for executive stakeholders and board members
- Design innovation pipelines aligned with long-term business objectives and emerging market opportunities
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track foresight accuracy and strategic implementation success
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and industry thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) highly desirable
