Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field with 8+ years of foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategic initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to distill complex concepts into compelling executive narratives
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change management
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy with industry recognition
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., AC/FS, CFP) strongly preferred
