Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional horizon scanning projects identifying emerging trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios for C-suite decision-making
- Design and implement AI-powered trend analysis frameworks
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Lead innovation workshops translating foresight into actionable strategies
- Publish thought leadership on future of work, AI governance, and sustainable growth
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML tools for predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published research on exponential technology impacts
- Experience working with C-suite in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
