Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) with HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings
Qualifications
- Valid RN license (or eligible for immediate licensure in Ohio)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience (critical care preferred)
- English language proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+)
- Eligibility for U.S. work visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or O-1)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
