Role Overview:
You will be responsible for optimizing our website for search engines while simultaneously managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions. This is a high-impact role where your SEO strategies will directly influence our hiring pipeline.
Responsibilities
- SEO Management: Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve organic rankings.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create SEO-friendly content that attracts top talent.
- Recruitment Operations: Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles using advanced ATS systems.
- Employer Branding: Build and maintain our employer brand on LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor SEO performance metrics and recruitment KPIs to drive data-driven decisions.
- Client Coordination: Liaise with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in SEO and Technical Recruiting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Location: Must be available to work in Jacksonville, New York.
- Tools: Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
