Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for SaaS platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Design responsive interfaces and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews
- Analyze user data to drive design decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX/UI design experience
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving
- Experience with remote team collaboration
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
