Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits using Screaming Frog and Chrome DevTools to identify crawl errors, indexing issues, and site speed bottlenecks.
- Implement and maintain advanced structured data (Schema.org) to enhance search visibility and rich snippets.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to improve site architecture, internal linking structures, and URL hierarchies.
- Monitor site performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) to ensure the best possible user experience and ranking potential.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and implement necessary remediation strategies proactively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical SEO with a proven track record of improving organic rankings for high-traffic websites.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they impact SEO rendering and indexing.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Experience managing site migrations and executing complex URL structure changes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote environment.
