As a key member of our technical team, you will drive visibility, traffic, and conversions through advanced technical implementations and strategic audits.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify crawlability, indexability, and site architecture bottlenecks.
- Optimize site performance, focusing on Core Web Vitals, page load speed, and mobile usability.
- Implement and maintain complex schema markup (JSON-LD, Microdata) to maximize SERP visibility and rich snippets.
- Collaborate closely with developers to integrate SEO best practices into the CI/CD pipeline and CMS architecture.
- Analyze search console data and web analytics to troubleshoot technical errors and monitor ranking performance.
- Develop and enforce strategies for canonicalization, duplicate content, and URL structure.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and emerging SEO technologies to protect and grow organic traffic.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic for enterprise-level websites.
- Deep understanding of Google’s Search Central guidelines and algorithm updates (e.g., Helpful Content, Core Updates).
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS for technical implementation and debugging.
- Expertise in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
