Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits of large-scale websites to identify crawlability, indexing, and semantic HTML issues.
- Optimize site architecture and internal linking structures to improve site authority and user experience.
- Implement and maintain Schema.org markup to enhance rich snippet visibility in SERPs.
- Monitor Core Web Vitals and performance metrics; collaborate with engineers to resolve speed and latency issues.
- Analyze search intent and competitor strategies to uncover new keyword opportunities.
- Lead A/B testing for SEO elements and report on performance data to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO.
- Deep understanding of Google’s Search Central guidelines, including crawling, indexing, and ranking systems.
- Proficiency in analyzing log files and using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side technologies (e.g., Apache, Nginx).
- Experience managing technical SEO for high-traffic e-commerce or enterprise websites.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable technical recommendations.
