Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our career pages.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for technical recruitment campaigns.
- Optimize on-page content, meta tags, and job descriptions to maximize conversion rates and user engagement.
- Analyze web analytics and user behavior data to refine recruitment marketing tactics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement technical SEO improvements, including schema markup and site speed optimization.
- Manage link-building campaigns to establish domain authority and credibility in the tech recruitment niche.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Technical Recruiting.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CMS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, WordPress).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
