Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Data Science roles.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify passive candidates on LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche communities.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from offer negotiation to onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track metrics and optimize hiring processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, preferably within the SaaS or IT sector.
- Demonstrated success in placing hard-to-fill, specialized technical positions.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical skills assessment.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and social sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
