Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including software engineering, data science, and product management.
- Sourcetop talent through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective candidate pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous technical and behavioral interviews to ensure cultural and skill-set fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate relationships from application to onboarding.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist within the UK market.
