Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for software engineering, data science, and product roles.
- Sourcing Strategy: Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and industry networking events.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct technical screens and behavioral interviews with hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional communication and support to candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate data in our ATS and provide weekly reports on pipeline health and hiring metrics.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities in the Austin tech scene.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technical roles.
- ATS Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets.
- Location: Must be willing to work in Austin, TX (or fully remote within the US).
