Your Mission:
As our Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be the face of Chronos Systems to the world’s best engineers. You will identify passive candidates, build deep relationships, and close top-tier talent for roles ranging from Machine Learning Engineers to Full-Stack Architects.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from identifying talent to extending offers and closing candidates.
- Talent Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies (including Boolean search, social networking, and headhunting) to build a pipeline of passive candidates for future tech needs.
- Employer Branding: Promote the Chronos Systems culture and value proposition to attract top-tier talent in the AI and Spatial Computing space.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and translate them into compelling job descriptions and search criteria.
- Analytics: Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, to continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
- Conference & Event Management: Represent Chronos Systems at industry conferences and tech meetups to expand our network and brand presence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably within the Software, AI, or High-Tech industries.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, DevOps) and the ability to communicate effectively with senior technical stakeholders.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven track record of using advanced sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse) to find hard-to-fill roles.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels of seniority.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities may shift rapidly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
