Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and QA.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media, GitHub) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening calls and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and business needs.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates in a competitive market.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and pipeline activities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical stacks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
