What You Will Do
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at 2026, you will act as a strategic partner to our engineering leadership, identifying and securing top-tier talent for critical roles.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, data science, and product roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean, social networking, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify passive talent in the AI and SaaS space.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive networking and engagement.
- Conduct structured technical and behavioral interviews, providing clear feedback to hiring managers.
- Cultivate deep relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our employer brand and thought leadership.
- Drive the closing process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from offer to onboarding.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the Silicon Valley tech ecosystem.
- Proven track record of closing hard-to-fill roles in engineering and software development.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong network of developers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
