Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and development of the 2026 Horizon Project, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments and code reviews to maintain the highest standards of software quality.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and executive leadership with clarity and precision.
- Identify emerging technologies and methodologies that can be leveraged to drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical lead role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex software projects on time and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
