Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end tech relocation logistics for incoming employees
- Procure, configure, and deploy specialized equipment (laptops, peripherals, software)
- Manage relocation budgets and vendor relationships
- Develop customized relocation plans for technical staff
- Conduct pre-move tech assessments and post-move troubleshooting
- Maintain relocation databases and generate performance reports
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Logistics, or related field
- 3+ years in tech relocation or corporate mobility
- Experience with relocation software (e.g., Relocation.com, MoveHub)
- Technical aptitude to configure enterprise hardware/software
- Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Hawaii's relocation regulations and resources
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
